1. Eligibility for Returns
- We accept returns of unopened and unused cosmetic products within 30 days of delivery.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened, used, or tampered with, unless they are faulty or damaged upon arrival.
2. Faulty or Damaged Items
- If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- We may request photographic evidence to help us assess the issue.
- You will be entitled to a replacement or a full refund, including any delivery charges.
3. How to Return
- To initiate a return, please email our customer service team with your order number and reason for return.
- Once approved, you will be provided with instructions on how to send the item back.
- Returned items must be securely packaged to prevent damage in transit.
4. Refunds
- Refunds will be processed via PayPal to the original payment method.
- Refunds will be issued within 7 working days of receiving the returned goods.
- Delivery charges are non‑refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
5. Exchanges
- We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
- If you wish to replace an item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order.
6. Non‑Returnable Items
- Products that have been opened or used.
- Items not purchased directly from our website.
- Gift cards and promotional items.
7. Responsibility
- You are responsible for the cost of returning items unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
- We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be held liable for items lost in transit.
