Dr. Nicole Foyle is a qualified dentist, having graduated from the University of Birmingham in 2015. She joined the Tracey Bell Team in 2022 and has become well-known on the Isle of Man for her cosmetic work, such as composite bonding and composite veneers.
Nicole enjoys staying active in her free time, regularly visiting the gym and swimming. She also loves spending time with her partner and their daughter, Niamh. She has a special dog too, who you often see in her spare time walking.
Dr. Nicole Foyle is passionate about her work and loves to see and treat her patients. She has a particular interest in minimally invasive dentistry, which prevents disease from occurring and intercepts its process. With her gentle and friendly demeanour, Nicole is especially great with nervous patients and always manages to put them at ease.

As our senior dental hygienist, she specialises in the management of advanced periodontal conditions, offering expert debridement and maintenance care for periodontal disease. Beyond her professional commitment, Gail is a devoted mother to two wonderful children and a loving wife, balancing her personal and professional life with grace and dedication.
Originally hailing from Scotland, Gail has since made the Isle of Man her cherished home. Her passion for dental hygiene is evident in the energy and expertise she brings to the practice. Since joining our practice in 2013, Cami has made a profound impact with her expertise and dedication. Originally qualified as a nurse in Romania, she broadened her skills into dental nursing, specialising in implantology and oral surgery.
Understanding the importance of local qualifications, Cami pursued and achieved her Dental Surgery Assistance qualification from the Isle of Man College in 2019, further cementing her commitment to her profession.
Outside of the clinic, Cami is a devoted mother to her two beautiful children, Carlos and Steffi, who share their home on the Isle of Man and attend Ballakermeen School. Cami’s love for animals, especially cats, is well-known among our team and patients. Her companions, often seen on their unique blue leashes in Douglas, are just another aspect of her caring and nurturing personality.

Mollie has quickly become Tracey’s “right-hand man,” known for her radiant smile, unwavering confidence, and exceptional patient coordination. From his first steps into the Tracey Bell Clinic as a bright-eyed 17-year-old in 2013 at our Douglas location, Juan has been an integral part of our family. His journey with us began at the Douglas clinic, and he played a pivotal role in the establishment and opening of the Rams Dental Clinic as a head trainee dental nurse. Over the years, Doan has seamlessly transitioned across various departments, from non-surgical aesthetics back to his roots in dental, where he shines as our Head of Dental.
Juans boundless energy and vibrant enthusiasm make him a linchpin of the Tracey Bell Clinic. He is often seen dashing between the reception and surgeries, adeptly handling treatment planning, consult coordination, and ensuring all consents for procedures are thoroughly managed. Starting as a “Saturday girl” at the tender age of 14, Marie quickly demonstrated her exceptional capabilities, leading her to take on the role of main receptionist by the age of 17. Not only did she excel in her position thanks to her outstanding mathematical and organisational skills, but she also became the welcoming face of our clinic, embodying the warmth and professionalism we value.
Marie’s ambitions extended beyond the reception desk, nurturing a lifelong dream to delve into the world of accountancy. This led her to temporarily leave the clinic to pursue her goal, and she now works with a local accountancy firm during the week. However, her dedication to the Tracey Bell Clinic remains unwavering, as she continues to grace our reception every Saturday, bringing with her the same confidence and diligence that have always defined her.
With over 14 years of experience at our clinic, Marie has grown from a young girl into a confident and skilled young woman, always greeting patients with her characteristic smile.
