- Plexr is being introduced for Non-Surgical Blepharoplasty in Liverpool and the Isle of Man. The Plexr is an alternative to surgical eye lid surgery.
- Plexr is a plasma driven device which causes sublimation in the skin.
- It is a non-surgical device which allows the removal of excess skin, in a minimally invasive manner.
- A number of other procedures can also be carried out by Plexr, these include upper and lower eye lid lifts, mini facelifts, removal of wrinkles, unsightly scars, stretch marks and even tattoos.
- The procedure utilises controlled micro beams of plasma, to the superficial layers of the skin producing contraction and tightening.
Tracey Bell says:
“Plasma for minimally invasive procedures is the next big thing in Aesthetic Medicine. The use of Plexr and plasma allows eyelids to be treated without surgery it treats crow’s feet and the under eye area to be tightened. In most people the eye area ages rapidly, people want to prevent this from happening or subtly improve that area of the eye. Plexr can also be used to treat other complaints, including active acne; post acne; chicken pox scarring; sun spot removal; keloid scars; burns; peri-oral and smokers lines. The general procedure takes 30 – 40 minutes, post – operative there is swelling and scabbing. The results vary depending on a number of factors, thickness of skin, area that is treated and the overall condition of the skin the Plexr can be used on all skin types”.
In the Liverpool Clinic sessions will be performed on a weekly basis, in the Isle of Man there will be daily sessions.
