How often do you brush your teeth? Twice a day is very good. But for optimal results, try to brush after every meal, too. Aim to brush for two minutes every time, dividing the time among each quadrant of your mouth. Flossing is even more important than brushing — as it gets into between-teeth areas where the toothbrush cannot reach.
