2 Floss . Can you floss? Do you know how flossing is important in order to remove food and bacteria from in between the teeth?
3 Do you suffer from dry mouth? Do you take medications that reduce salivary flow? If so, drink plenty of water or chew sugar free gum to stimulate salivary flow and assist in keeping a dry mouth and bad breath at bay.
